In arbitration, the Chambers advises and represents clients across the full life cycle of a dispute, from drafting arbitration clauses and advising on choice of forum, to proceedings before ad hoc and institutional Arbitral Tribunals under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, applications for appointment of arbitrators and interim relief, and challenges to and enforcement of arbitral awards before the High Courts.

Sector experience spans real estate and property, technology and software, food and beverage, distribution and supply chain, financial services, and general commerce, helping the Chambers quickly grasp the business background of a dispute, which is often as important as the legal issues themselves.
